As we scale our operations and expand our technological capabilities we are seeking a strategic innovative and resultsdriven Vice President of Information Technology to lead our IT function and support our longterm growth.
Position Summary
The Vice President of IT will be responsible for the overall vision leadership and execution of the companys information technology strategy. This executive will oversee all IT operations infrastructure cybersecurity enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a handson leader capable of aligning technology initiatives with business goals while managing a growing IT team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports company growth and scalability
- Lead mentor and expand a highperforming IT team including infrastructure applications and support functions
- Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise systems including ERP (Acumatica) CRM BI and Reporting Tools and Data Platforms etc.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity practices
- Drive digital transformation efforts to improve efficiency datadriven decision making and customer experience
- Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional leadership to identify and prioritize technology needs
- Establish policies best practices data governance standards and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational continuity and data integrity
- Lead the IT due diligence and postmerger integration efforts as part of any acquisition strategy.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- 1015 years of progressive IT leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven experience leading IT in a fastpaced highgrowth environment experience in a Service or Construction company would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure cybersecurity cloud computing enterprise software and IT governance
- Exceptional leadership communication and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong crossfunctional relationships
- Experience managing complex IT projects and drive organizational change
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence with business impact
