Whats the role
As a Manager Controls Oversight for COO Consumer BCM youll work side by side with a team of risk professionals to ensure our control processes meet obligations and mitigate risks. In this role youll support the execution of our Controls Strategy perform indepth control assessments and provide expert guidance on risk and compliance. Youll also dive deep into data unearthing trends and insights that shape integrated solutions while delivering clear actionable reports to various stakeholders. Open to candidates Australian wide youll transform operational challenges into continuous improvement opportunities.
What do I need
- Experience working within business risk teams preferably in banking or financial services with an understanding of operational risk management.
- Expertise in control frameworks being comfortable building assessing and enhancing robust control systems that keep our daytoday operations running smoothly.
- Passion and experience leveraging technologythink Power BI Power Apps Tableauto automate repetitive workloads and streamline risk reporting.
- An analytical mindset and ability to deepdive into datasets using your investigative experience to unearth trends and insights that inform critical risk decisions.
- Drive for continuous improvement ensuring you are always on the lookout for smarter more efficient ways to bolster operational risk management pushing boundaries to make risk work in our favour.
