Job Summary
CRYROP is seeking a PartTime/NonBenefitted Construction & Facilities Maintenance teacher experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of Construction and Facility Maintenance. The qualified candidate should have experience in the building trades industry and be familiar with all facets of building. Training will include topics in the following areas: Construction math vocabulary blueprint reading introduction to tools equipment materials preemployment skills personal construction health & safety physical agility strengthening overview and heritage of the construction industry regulatory constraints & standards use of hand tools/power tools site preparation electrical basics drywall installation solar technology asbestos introduction to cutting tools and effective use of technology. The successful candidate will have not less than three (3) years experience in the field and/or education and experience combined that meets the criteria. We will assist with the credential process cost of which is approx. $265.
