Job Description
Are you ready to lead and elevate the HR function in a fastpaced international trading environment At West Coast Supply Group we are looking for an experienced and forwardthinking HR Manager to drive our people strategy enhance employee engagement and lead a growing HR team from our HQ in Leiden.
As HR Manager you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and the strategic partner for our management in all peoplerelated matters. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and Specialists champion our company culture and ensure that our HR policies and practices not only support our business goals but also empower our people to thrive.
Your role:
- Lead coach and develop a dynamic HR team (36 direct reports 13 indirect reports)
- Drive the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives across departments
- Partner with senior leaders to support workforce planning organizational design and change initiatives
- Coach and challenge senior management to elevate leadership effectiveness
- Oversee initiatives that promote employee engagement inclusion and wellbeing
- Manage leadership pipeline and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Oversee budgets for recruitment and learning & development
- Actively contribute to creating a highperformance culture
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- 10 years of HR business partnering experience including 5 years in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record in implementing innovative HR programs in a fastpaced evolving environment
- Experience with policy development and strategic business partnering
- Strong business acumen with handson HR operational experience
- Excellent communication leadership and change management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to influence and align across diverse teams
