Purpose of the role:
Youll be in charge of ensuring different teams at Bombay work well together to deliver exceptional experiences for our VIP guests. This includes setting up and managing tools like CRM JIRA and Slack to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes as well as coordinating major projects such as gaming events or other guestfocused initiatives. Every day may bring something new we havent done beforeso flexibility outofthebox thinking and teamwork are key. Your job is to connect the dots making sure all the small details come together so that each guest enjoys a seamless memorable experience from start to finish.
How you will contribute:
- Manage the integration of CRM systems across the group aligning stakeholders data and technology to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate largescale projects such as gaming events and whitelabeling collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee project JIRA boards track progress resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track key performance indicators ensuring the timely delivery of projects while meeting or exceeding predefined goals.
- Update and manage event calendars for venues and assets keeping relevant stakeholders informed for upcoming projects.
- Enhance internal software systems and communication channels to ensure smooth and efficient project flow.
- Manage and update guest experiencerelated policies and procedures ensuring clear communication and effective implementation across teams.
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency and interest in Salesforce JIRA Confluence and other business management tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills (key to success).
- Previous experience in multiteam projects and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse departments.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Technical and datadriven mindset.
- Fluent in English; Estonian skills are beneficial.
- Knowledge of HNWIs and the luxury industry or experience with international environments and people is a plus.
