We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented R&D Process Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on the development and scaling of highprecision optical products. In this role you will play a key part in shaping robust manufacturing processes from concept through to full production. Tasks
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Design and execute experiments for process development validation and improvement
- Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new optical products
- Scale laboratory processes to pilot and full production levels while maintaining high precision and optical performance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for processrelated issues
- Document process flows control plans work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing
- Interface with vendors and equipment suppliers to evaluate new tools and materials
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Physics Materials Science or a related technical field
- Passion for technology and strong motivation to translate new products into production
- Prior experience in manufacturing process development and production transfers
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing process validation (PPQ CPV) and equipment qualification (IQ OQ PQ; R&RRepeatability and Reproducibility)
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods; strong Excel skills required Python is an advantage
- Experience with documentation such as process flows control plans work instructions and SOPs
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a handson solutionoriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams especially with design product and manufacturing engineering groups
- Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
- Slovak language skills required
