Job Description
At TradersYard we believe every trader deserves a fair shot. Were a fintech company on a mission to empower traders worldwide with a transparent flexible path to success. Through our trading challenges and gamified tournaments we offer a riskmanaged sandbox for growth and now were looking for someone to help us share that vision globally.
Were backed by Andromeda Capital Partners Suisse which fuels our rapid expansion and cuttingedge product development. Now its time to bring in a CMO whos ready to take the lead in building our global brand and making TradersYard a household name in prop trading.
Tasks
- Own and lead all things marketing from strategy to execution
- Work with (and lead) our existing marketing agency
- Plan and launch campaigns to expand from a primarily Germanspeaking user base to a global audience
- Drive the marketing rollout of new product lines and trading programs
- Establish the right marketing mix for highimpact growth both paid and organic
- Over time help build an inhouse marketing team if needed
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Managing Director
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing leadership (big bonus points for prop trading or brokerage backgrounds)
- Youve scaled marketing efforts and grown user bases internationally
- You know how to go from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 100 both strategy and execution
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Youre analytical but creative decisive but openminded
- You thrive in a remotefirst fastmoving startup environment
