Profile Requirements:
- Experience & Expertise
- 5 years proven experience in digital marketing with a successful track record and measurable results.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels tools and techniques including SEO SEM social media and analytics.
- Proficiency in Tools
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics Google Ads and email marketing software.
- Content Creation
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling online content.
- Analytical Skills
- Analytical mindset with data analysis skills to track performance and make datadriven decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication collaboration and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Copywriting Skills (Highly Preferred but Not Required): Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Core responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy
- Strategy Development & Implementation
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost online traffic engagement and conversions.
- Manage and optimize channels like SEO SEM email social media and content marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency across both our casting agency and emerging coaching/branding identity.
- Content Creation & Curation
- Create and curate highquality content for digital platforms including websites blogs and emails.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
- Collaborate with creative teams (graphic designers videographers copywriters) to produce highquality onbrand materials.
- Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Facebook and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop strategies for lead generation tailored for coaching and branding services including landing pages lead magnets and email nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor analyze and adjust campaigns effectively across all channels using Google Analytics Ads and social media analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Insights LinkedIn Analytics).
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track digital marketing metrics and analyze performance to provide regular reports and insights.
- Clearly define performance metrics for campaigns (e.g. conversion rates engagement metrics ROI) and conduct regular performance reviews to make datadriven decisions.
- Social Media & Community Building
- Strengthen social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
- Create and nurture an online community to engage users and encourage brand loyalty.
- Website Maintenance & Optimization
- Maintain website by updating content ensuring functionality and optimizing user experience.
- Collaborate with clients to design and create the website focusing on visual appeal user interface and user experience.
- Email Marketing & Course Promotion
- Develop email marketing funnels to nurture leads drive conversions and build relationships.
- Promote online courses through digital campaigns content creation and email marketing.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
