Key Responsibilities at a Glance
Sales Officer
- Achieve monthly primary & secondary targets for Bio Resurge s Ayurvedic OTC and Rx range
- Develop strong relationships with chemists moderntrade counters and Ayurvedic doctors
- Report daily activities via CRM / fieldforce automation tools
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Lead 6 8 Sales Officers; set territorywise KPIs and mentor field teams
- Appoint & manage distributors ensure healthy inventory rotation and timely claim settlement
- Execute CME programmes and local promotional events
Zonal / Sales Manager (ZSM)
- Drive overall revenue for the Delhi NCR zone; own annual business plan and budgeting
- Recruit train and review ASMs/Sales Officers; implement sales analytics dashboards
- Liaise with HO for product launches supplychain alignment and trademarketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Sales Officer
- Graduate in Science Pharmacy Ayurveda or any discipline with strong local market knowledge
- 1 3 years of FMCG pharma or herbal sales experience
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Area Sales Manager
- Graduate in Science Pharmacy Ayurveda management or any discipline with strong local market knowledge
- 4 8 years fieldsales background with at least 2 years of teamhandling experience
- Distributor management & secondary sales tracking expertise
- Solid analytical ability for route planning and sales forecasting
Zonal / Sales Manager
- Graduate in Science Pharmacy Ayurveda management or any discipline with strong local market knowledge
- 6 10 years of progressive sales leadership preferably in Ayurvedic or nutraceutical space
- Proven record of scaling revenues across multicity clusters
- Strong strategic planning people management and P&L acumen
