Patient Demographics: Adults (18)

Required Procedures:

Aortic Surgery: Descending Aortic Aneurysms

Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery: CABG Redo Coronary Revascularization (W/ or W/o Heart Valve Surgery) Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries Radial Artery & Gastroepiploic Artery) Pericardial Window Tube Thoracostomy Thoracic aortic aneurysms.

Thoracic Endoscopy: Flexible & Rigid Bronchoscopy Thoracotomy Lung Resections & Pneumonectomy Chest Wall Resection & Reconstruction Mediastinal Surgery

Vascular Surgery: Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery Heart Valve Replacement Without Surgery (CoreValve System) Mitral Valve Repair
