Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detailoriented and clientfocused Remote Online Customer Service Specialist to assist with hotel and travel bookings. In this fully remote role you ll respond to client inquiries manage reservations and ensure a smooth positive travel planning experience. This is a commissionbased independent contractor position with the flexibility to work from home or anywhere with a stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel and travel bookings via phone email or messaging platforms
Confirm booking details and ensure reservation accuracy
Process payments generate invoices and maintain organized booking records
Handle special requests changes or cancellations in a professional and timely manner
Recommend travel options that suit client preferences budgets and styles
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Stay informed on supplier updates discounts and accommodation offerings
Qualifications:
Strong communication problemsolving and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online systems
Passion for travel and helping others plan unforgettable experiences
Fluency in English (bilingual is a plus)
Must be 18 years or older
Access to a computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
