Profile Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Experience: 5 years of proven experience as a personal or executive assistant.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and discretion.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle various tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Independence: Capacity to carry out ad hoc administrative tasks efficiently.
- Copywriting Skills (Highly Preferred but Not Required): Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Core responsibilities:
- Schedule & Task Management
- Manage and prioritize executive schedules appointments and deadlines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana ) to track timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and lastminute requests across multiple business areas.
- Communication Facilitation
- Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft review and manage professional correspondence emails and reports.
- Ensure clear and timely communication across teams using digital collaboration tools (e.g. Slack Zoom Google Workspace).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business operations.
- File & Information Management
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy accessibility.
- Manage document flow version control and filing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support data entry and recordkeeping with attention to confidentiality and compliance.
- Research & Project Support
- Conduct research to support executive decisionmaking industry trends and competitor insights.
- Assist in planning and executing small projects ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones providing status updates as needed.
- Client & Vendor Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with team members clients and vendors to enhance collaboration.
- Assist in followups routine correspondence and timely responses to client/vendor inquiries.
- Maintain a proactive approach in resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Financial & Expense Management
- Track expense reports and assist in budget management.
- Process invoices reconcile financial transactions and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure accurate financial records to support both casting operations and coaching/branding initiatives

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
