Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead Lontor HiTech driving strategic growth operational excellence and market leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer electronics leadership experience and a proven ability to scale business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company s strategic vision ensuring sustainable growth and market dominance.
- Oversee all business operations including sales marketing finance and supply chain management.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding market reach and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the consumer electronics industry.
- Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming management team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure operational efficiency profitability and compliance with industry regulations.
- Represent the company in highlevel negotiations industry events and government relations.
- Monitor industry trends competition and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
- Report to the board of directors and provide insights on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in market expansion distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
- Financial management expertise including P&L oversight and investment strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
