Designation: Service Coordinator
Job Profile: Coordination with Service Engineers & Clients
Key responsibilities:
Coordination with Service Engineers
o Monthly check in check out timing of Service Engineers and submit to Accounts
Department
o Allocation of daily duties & preventive maintenance
o Checking of expenses vouchers and submission to Accounts Department
o Follow up and Collecting visit charges amount and depositing to Accounts
Department
o Collection of monthly service reports
o Submission monthly service revenue report to Accounts Department
Coordination with Clients
o Resolved queries / complaints of Clients
o Follow up and quotations to existing and non AMC clients for new equipment /
servicing / installation / reinstallation / replacement and intimation of call charges
o With outstation vendors and clients for installation / service call
Maintaining Register (Call book Service Engineers & Clients) manually and soft copy.
Requirements
Any Graduate with 12 years of experience
