As a Service Coordinator youll be a key player communicating with customers managing scheduling quoting parts and material management and supporting Field Technicians.

As a Service Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Do your talents include providing unparalleled support to customers and technicians and the flexibility to quickly and calmly prioritize daily tasks while remaining organized

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Service Coordinators provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries addressing concerns and coordinating service appointments. You will have constant interaction via phone and email with customers.
  • Technical Communication: Effectively communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service tasks.
  • Efficient Planning: Service Coordinators utilize strong planning skills to schedule service calls manage technician workloads and optimize resource allocation.
  • Accurate Estimating: Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for service projects ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor and track service orders from initiation to completion providing regular updates to customers.
  • Resourcefulness: Youll need to be agile and resourceful to succeed in this fast-paced deadline-driven position

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in similar customer service role or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is a Plus

    Company Benefits:

      • Pay: $50000 to $56000 per year(depending on experience)
      • Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm
      • Paid Vacation
