Job Summary
To execute and deliver handson HR support services and solutions to assigned clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum HR support (recruitment training performance talent database management etc.)
- Manage clients HR activities and related matters onsite.
- Recommend and enforce strategic HR policies and programs.
- Assist with performance and attendance management procedures.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Assist in managing employee database.
- Maintain accurate HR files.
- Any other duties as may be required.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to maintain confidential records and reports.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business tools.

- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
