You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a receptionist to join an international company in Marbella. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in Receptionist / Admin / Front Office or a similar role. You will speak English Spanish and Russian fluently and will perform a variety of admin and clientrelated tasks.
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Receptionist Front of Office or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and smart appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful proactive and customer focused
Excellent organizational skills
Fluent in English Spanish and Russian
Strong team worker with a friendly personality and good telephone and people skills
Must drive or be able to commute easily to Marbella.
Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the office
Meet and greet visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain the appearance of the office
General administrative tasks such as photocopying filing answering the phone etc.
Deal with deliveries and maintain office supplies
Schedule appointments and meetings as required
Package:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Contracted permanent position
Salary 1400 net
