Bilingual Investment Analyst
Seeking a seasoned financial professional with strong experience in securities and investment operations. This Montrealbased hybrid role (3 days onsite) focuses on transaction management process improvement and international investment support in the insurance industry. Weekday schedule from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
Process investment transactions accurately and completely across North American and International markets for General Accounts.
Resolve trade issues through collaboration with Portfolio Managers Investment Offices and internal business units.
Ensure data quality forecasting and accounting compliance for various investment types including fixed income equities Money Market Assetbacked and Private Placements.
Develop and refine procedures and controls to maintain data integrity.
Contribute to operational improvement projects including process documentation training and stakeholder communication.
Support initiatives that impact Securities Operations and ensure smooth transitions through effective change management.
Identify opportunities for workflow automation and improved efficiency.
Comply with SOX documentation and team riskcontrol procedures.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What you will need to succeed:
University degree in business finance accounting or mathematics.
4 years of experience in the securities and investment operations environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong conceptual diagnostic analytical and problemsolving skills.
Bilingual in English and French is essential to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions and ensure clear communication when processing and resolving investment transactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clear and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a clientfocused approach
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated initiative adaptability and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of Macro/VBA (nicetohave).
Familiarity with Bloomberg (nicetohave).
Experience with Power BI and Power Automate (nicetohave).
