Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support the planning execution and completion of various projects. This role involves working closely with project managers team members and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and skilled in multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status risks and milestones
Coordinate meetings document meeting minutes and track action items
Support communication between internal teams clients and vendors
Ensure project documentation is complete and uptodate
Help manage budgets invoices and procurement as needed
Identify and escalate issues or delays to project leadership
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field
13 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana or MS Project)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
