We are currently seeking a professional and detailoriented Events Assistant to join our team. This role supports the Events Manager in coordinating and executing successful events at our venue. The ideal candidate is organized energetic and passionate about hospitality and event planning.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning organization and execution of events
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal staff to ensure event logistics run smoothly
Prepare event materials and maintain accurate documentation
Oversee event setup and breakdown
Provide onsite support during events to ensure client satisfaction
Handle administrative tasks related to event management
Maintain a professional and clientfocused attitude at all times
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning hospitality or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality communications or related field is a plus
