We are currently seeking a detailoriented and driven Communications Coordinator to join our team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistency clarity and alignment with Captura Halls values and objectives. This role requires strong writing organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate companywide internal and external communications.
Draft edit and proofread newsletters press releases presentations and corporate materials.
Maintain communication calendars to ensure timely delivery of messages.
Support the planning and execution of public relations and outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure unified messaging across departments.
Monitor and analyze communication performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate logistics and messaging for corporate events and presentations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook).
Experience in corporate or business environments preferred.
