Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of various client events. The ideal candidate will assist the Events Manager and team throughout the event lifecycle to ensure that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing event logistics including venue selection vendor communication and scheduling
Support setup execution and breakdown of events onsite
Maintain clear communication with team members and clients throughout the planning process
Help manage inventory of event materials and supplies
Track budgets and expenses related to assigned events
Provide general administrative support to the events department
Ensure all events align with client expectations and company standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or related field preferred
1 year of experience in event planning or administrative support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
Professional demeanor and problemsolving attitude
