Bela Brand Bat is seeking a fulltime Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Columbus OH. The ideal candidate will provide professional courteous and effective support to our customers by handling inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson in a timely and professional manner
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Process orders forms applications and requests accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient with basic computer applications and customer management systems
Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations
Reliable and selfmotivated with strong organizational skills
