Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Analytics Manager to join our Analytics & Insights team. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling internal data products delivering critical business insights and driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background proven leadership capabilities and a passion for coaching and developing people.
This manager will lead a midsized team responsible for producing daily weekly and monthly reporting monitoring for anomalies and proactively identifying potential red flags in business performance. They will also oversee Trupanions growth KPI reporting and performance monitoring. In addition this leader will manage incoming stakeholder requests and ensure timely highquality analytical support that help guide decisionmaking across the organization.
This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/inoffice schedule where you will work from our casual petfriendly office at least 3 days a week.
What you will do:
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a highperforming team of analysts fostering a culture of collaboration curiosity and continuous growth.
Support career development and technical skillbuilding across the team.
Ensure the team is focused on delivering value to the business through clear priorities and strong execution.
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement
Build strong relationships with crossfunctional partners to understand their goals and translate them into impactful data solutions.
Promote data literacy and empower teams across the organization to make datainformed decisions.
Data Strategy & Execution
Oversee the design and delivery of reporting dashboards and analytics that track KPIs and uncover performance trends.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability to support confident decisionmaking.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop scalable reusable data models.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation of reporting workflows.
Experience you have:
35 years of professional experience in data analysis business analytics or related fields.
23 years of leadership experience managing diverse teams of data professionals.
Bachelor or masters degree in Mathematics Actuarial Sciences Statistics Computer Science or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $110000 $130000 on a fulltime schedule.
Along with base salary Trupanion employees are eligible for monthly bonuses.
We want all employees to be invested in Trupanions success so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
