We can promise that no two days will be the same you will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries (mainly regarding online shopping) where you will be responsible for using your problem solving hat to get to get the answers our customers need!
This contact centre role differs from most because we utilise the latest live online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and email support. Regardless of the channel you will need to connect with people from all walks of life and find solutions to resolve their enquiry.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone to join our team and walk the talk of providing excellent customer service to our customers across the Warehouse and Warehouse Stationary online stores!

To succeed and feel at home the successful candidate will have:
You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm (Mon Sun)
