- Have a technical background and experience with IT support or monitoring solutions.
- Possess basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python JavaScript and CSS.
- Are eager to learn new tools and have a mindset for improving internal processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues in using monitoring tools.
- Have experience with Grafana VictoriaMetrics/InfluxDB Zabbix or similar monitoring tools is a strong plus.
