Train with us for free upgrade to an MC truck license and find your new job!
The Kickstart Upskill Program is a free intensive training initiative designed to help professional drivers acquire a higher truck license (e.g. upgrading from HC to MC).
This program provides comprehensive training using our MC Truck simulator practical experience and mentorship opportunities. Kickstart Upskill will equip you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in your truck driving career.
We offer:
- Ongoing intakes of Upskill participants throughout the year.
- Handson experience and exposure to our MC truck simulator and trucks.
- Dedicated mentors and experienced professionals to guide you throughout the program.
- Opportunities for long term employment for the right candidates who have successfully obtained their MC Licence
Applicants must be currently residing in Geraldton WA to be considered for this role. This is a local opportunity and is not open to those requiring relocation.
Qualifications :
- Current HR truck license holders (HC license holders are also encouraged to apply).
- You currently live in Geraldton Western Australia.
- Passionate individuals with a genuine interest in the transport industry.
- Strong work ethic commitment to safety and excellent driving record.
- Willingness to learn adapt and commit.
- Ability to pay for your own testing/licensing.

Upon successful completion of Upskill with an MC license you will automatically join our Newhaul Road Logistics parking lot for future job vacancies and skip the recruitment process.
