Job purpose: Strengthening Internal control on the departments selfoperation business and personal banking business line of crossborder branches and subsidiaries; Coordinating departmental administrative work and subsidiary management work.
Responsibilities would be but not be limited to the following:
- Assist in organizing the regular review and revision of departmental policy and procedures.
- Assist in checking the implementation of Regulatory rules the bank and the department relevant policies and procedures in the business inline of crossborder branches subsidiaries and the department reporting to Head of the department.
- Assist in conducting onsite and offsite inspection to the department and the business line of crossborder branches and subsidiaries.
- Assist in organizing the follow up and verification on the rectification of findings discovered in regulatory inspections. Compliance reviews internal and external audits in the business line of crossborder branches subsidiaries and the department.
- Assist in organizing relevant internal training in the business line of crossborder branches subsidiaries and the department.
- Conduct the routine work of the department middle desk such as specimen verify internal account reconciliation departmental administrative work.
- Any other job responsibilities assigned by the department.
Qualifications :
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Familiar with the relevant regulations policy and procedure and operation practice workflow systems
- Good understanding of the general economic political and business environment of the region
- Committed confident determined selfmotivated strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing and ability to learn the banking system and relevant department business.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance Accounting Risk management Audit Economic Management or Business Related Studies
- 1 years work experience or training experience in the banking sector
- Fluency in English and Chinese are essential. French is considered as an advantage.
