Were looking for a temporary (12months) team member to join our dynamic Accounts Receivable team within our Shared Service Centre (SSC). You play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
About the role:
- Cash Application Management: Efficiently handle all aspects of cash application including processing discrepancy resolution accurate application refund processing and escalation of complex cases.
- Customer Master Data Integrity: Maintain and validate customer master data in accordance with controls ensuring accuracy for billing and financial systems and managing related data tasks.
- Team Collaboration & Performance Focus: Actively contribute to achieving service levels through effective communication and partnership with internal teams.
Qualifications :
What you will need to be successful:
Essential:
- Minimum one year of handson experience in cash applications or accounting.
- A Certificate/Diploma level education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in another European language is a plus).
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
And Is:
- A strong and collaborative team player.
- Proactive and takes ownership of customer issues.
- Numerically competent with basic financial understanding.
- Open to new ideas and innovation.
Ideally You Also Have:
- Previous experience with collections and credit management and other Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in a Shared Service Centre.
- Familiarity with Oracle SAP or MS Dynamics.
