Job Description

Reporting into the Manager Talent Acquisition the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a critical role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.  

What youre responsible for: 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role. 
  • Offer guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies interview techniques and candidate evaluation. 
  • Collaborate with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals. 
  • Facilitate the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening interviewing and offer negotiation.  
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. 
  • Execute sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for seniorlevel and specialized roles. 
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. 
  • Conduct initial phone and inperson interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit. 
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers providing insights and recommendations based on interviews and assessments. 
  • Maintain clear timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive and professional experience. 
  • Actively promote the companys culture values and employer brand to attract top talent. 
  • Attend job fairs networking events and other recruitmentrelated activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates

Qualifications :

To join our team:

  • Previous experience managing full cycle recruiting sales customer service  
  • Knowledge and proven track record tapping traditional and nontraditional candidate natural habitats both online and in person 
  • Knowledge in soliciting and utilizing employee referrals 
  • Proficient at time management
  • A strong sense of urgency flexibility and adaptability 
  • Persuasive and effective written and spoken communication skills 
  • Fluent in French and English
