Summary*
- Perform onsite analysis diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions including offsite repair for remote users as needed.
- Install configure test maintain monitor and troubleshoot end user and network hardware peripheral devices printing/scanning devices presentation equipment software and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
- Address issues around onprem (Hypervisor Storage and networks) and Cloud (AWS & Azure) infrastructure.
- Provide support to Tier 3 teams to address onsite DC issues.
- Receiving and documenting requests for support.
- Updating computer operating systems and other important software as needed.
- Substantiating requests for hardware and software purchases and upgrades if appropriate.
- Providing suggestions on appropriate training for staff.
Responsibilities*
- Clear understanding of troubleshooting principles for Laptops OS Desktop applications.
- Basic understanding of VMWare Storage Network devices AWS/Azure would be strongly preferred.

Qualifications / Requirements*
- Associates degree in a computercentered discipline. Pertinent bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
