Job Description

At Fairmont Scottsdale Princess unparalleled service and luxury await guests of Privado our exclusive villa experience. At Privado we are looking for experts in luxury; to know luxury is to serve luxury. Our carefully curated team of Experience Concierge will look forward to assisting the most discerning travelers creating exceptionally special experiences that will become treasured memories. This team will ensure every last detail is accounted for from reservation to departure; taking the time to give genuine continuous care for each guest. This level of detail and precision will be essential to creating a thoughtfully personalized and ultraluxe experience that is exclusive to Privado.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Privado Managers responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
  • Provide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about internal and local area attractions restaurants theatres special events tickets confirmations and other available services
  • Communicate with our guests through prearrival emails and phone calls
  • Oversee room assignments for all incoming guests
  • Answer incoming calls to the Privado Villas
  • Correspond with guests through our external messaging system
  • Curate email and print itineraries for incoming guests
  • Contact guests to help with predeparture services
  • Ensure proper coding of VIP guest arrivals and schedule amenities
  • Liaison with Travel Advisors to oversee VIP clients booked within our resort
  • Develop and maintain contacts with business partners concessionaires local community and counterparts of Privado throughout Fairmont Hotels & Resort
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Address guest concerns and react quickly logging and notifying proper departments
  • Follow department policies procedures service standards and safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
