Job Description

As a member of ourSolutionConsulting team you will have a major impact on our future success by supportingCX/ Customer WorkflowSolution Sales. You will guide revenue for one of ourproducts withthesupportand partnershipofSalesProductManagement and the executive team. This is a handson technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

The Solution Consultantis a technical consultantwiththe advanced ability todevelop position andprovideproductspecificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expertof a clientfacing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and provide additional value
  • Shareand learnbest practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings conferences user groups and trade shows

Qualifications :

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in the telecommunications domain specifically in Service Order Management (SOM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing implementing and optimizing SOM processes and solutions within telco environments. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in designing developing and optimizing telecom systems and processes and will play a critical role in ensuring our order fulfillment and operational support systems are integrated efficient and scalable.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep Telco Expertise: Extensive handson experience in the telecommunications industry with a strong focus on Service Order Management (SOM) and order management systems.
  • OSS/BSS Background: Proven expertise in OSS/BSS environments with a solid understanding of operational and business process integration.
  • API Proficiency: Indepth knowledge and practical experience with TM Forum APIs and standards including working with frameworks such as eTOM and SID.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with telecom tools and platforms (e.g. Amdocs Oracle Communications Ericsson etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a capability to translate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional global teams.
  • AI: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry
