Job Description
- Multiple hotel responsibility for Revenue strategy.
- Communication with hotel teams (GM Reservations DOS)
- Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences.
- Responsible for Revenue performance and reporting.
- Support the GM in the creation of strategy.
- Provide monthly forecasts for the hotels they are responsible for.
- Apply RM Initiatives: Overbook length of stay
- Act as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget
- Responsible to host weekly Revmax meetings.
- Communicate the processes to follow in terms of quality and data
- Support sales and reservations teams where applicable.
- Give availability and minimum rate for the group quotation.
- Analyze contract and public performance
- To support and monitor reservations department
- Educate stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in hotel management/Finance/Economics.
- Minimum of 78 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Additional Information :
- Strong user knowledge of Excel Word and Power point.
- Knowledge of TARS/EzRMS/Opera PMS would be an added advantage
