Job Description
Coordination of HW development for control units of automatic transmissions
Active participation and responsibility during the entire project starting from offer and concept phase until start of mass production
Leading international project team
Definition of HW work packages based on customer milestones. Planning delegation followup and review of these work packages
Cooperation with international development departments and production plants
Keep contact with international customers and perform technical negotiation about technical requirements
Project documentation based on Bosch quality management system
Qualifications :
Degree in electrical engineering / mechatronics
Experience in design of analog and digital circuits
Experience in project management
Experience in production is an advantage
Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
Good communication in English; any level of German language knowledge is an advantage
Effective work style and good coordination skills
Good problem solving skills
