Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented HVAC Technician to join our team in Cairo Egypt. As an HVAC Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in various commercial and residential settings.
- Install maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Clean adjust and repair systems performing warranty services when necessary
- Conduct emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and onthejob training to junior technicians
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Adhere to service standards work instructions and customer requirements
- Assist with customer queries and provide professional customerfocused service
- Collaborate with team members to optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency
- Stay updated on local building codes and regulations specific to Cairo Egypt
Qualifications :
- High school diploma GED or equivalent education
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HVAC technician
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in installing maintaining and repairing HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of advanced principles in air conditioning refrigeration and heating
- Working knowledge of boiler systems
- Ability to balance air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Cairo Egypt
- Familiarity with energyefficient HVAC systems
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in hightemperature and occasionally dusty work environments
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures specific to HVAC work
- Adaptability to work in Cairos climate conditions and familiarity with local HVAC requirements

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
