WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Scrum Master at JYSK you will support agile teams in delivering highimpact digital solutions. You will be a key driver in our SAFebased agile framework and play a central role in fostering continuous improvement and team development.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- planning coordinating and following up to ensure progress and outcomes for team and Agile Release Train (ART) deliveries
- ensuring transparency of team progress through agile metrics
- responsibility for team performance by developing the team and its members to continuously improve value delivery
- acting as the Scrum Master by removing impediments and enabling the team to meet their goals
- preparing and facilitating agile team events ensuring effective flow continuous improvement and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives
- guiding and coaching teams in agile methods practices and principles to deliver highquality products and services
- fostering a collaborative environment encouraging open communication within and across teams and assist in identifying and managing risks dependencies and issues impacting delivery
- collaborating with Product Owners Release Train Engineers Line Managers and other key stakeholders across ARTs.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has experience in driving digital deliveries to meet objective quality and timeline either from a role within software development or IT project management
- has experience leading software development teams
- works in a structured goaloriented way and adapts easily to changing priorities
- communicates clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- facilitates agile events and workshops effectively
- has strong problemsolving abilities and proactively removes blockers to team progress
- has strong interpersonal skills and actively contributes to team motivation and engagement
- is experienced in agile practices methodologies and frameworks including Scrum Kanban and SAFe
