Job Description
We are looking for a full time/part time print specialist who is willing and able to provide our customers with all their print needs. The associate will be responsible for introducing new print jobs to the store as well as displaying high class customer service skills to our Center Associatesdeliverworldclass customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers fax machines binding equipment laminating machines and pointofsale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products services and bestvalue options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walkin customers and telephone inquiries
- Hunting for new printing opportunities and providing the store with print jobs.
- Takes ownership of the customers shipping needs and offers viable solutions
- Takes action to learn all product and service offerings alternative solutions and industry trends
- Operates all equipment software and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean organized and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- reliable transportation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including spelling and math
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- mastery of Adobe Illustrator
- mastery of Adobe InDesign
- Previous printing experience
Salary will be based on an hourly wage as well as bonuses for print jobs.
$12 hourly pay
