Job Description:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers via telephone or email following initial sales contact and schedule appointments.
- Provide detailed information to callers about company services and products.
- Manage inquiries and accurately record customer requests in specified forms software and web portals (training will be provided for software and web portal data entry).
- Maintain and organize inquiry sheets using designated formats and software.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
- Continuously educate oneself on products to enhance customer service during calls.
Skills/Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in telesales within a highvolume fastpaced environment.
- Strong customer service and telesales skills.
- Proficient in Web Based Applications and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential client information.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in closing sales effectively.
