Manager of IT Services

We are seeking a Manager of IT Services for our Greensboro High Point WinstonSalem Kernersville Jamestown North Wilkesboro and Mt. Airy North Carolina locations.
Responsibilities
Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff for a large multispecialty medical group with multiple locations
Develop strategy as it relates to the organizations IT infrastructure (computer and information systems security communication systems etc.)
Develop manage and track the IT departments annual budget needs
Consult seniorlevel management across the Bethany Medical organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring system performance
Create processes and standards for the selection implementation and support of systems
Provide direction guidance and training to IT staff
Responsible for IT systems for related companies
As the Manager of IT Services you will be part of the Senior Management Leadership Team
Qualifications
7 years of experience working in IT operations preferably medical IT operations supervising technology teams and overseeing large information technology projects
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Intricate knowledge of IT operations as it relates to the medical field is essential
Excellent understanding of computer systems security network and systems administration databases and data storage systems telecommunications systems medical billing platforms healthcarerelated IT applications and an EMR system
Strong people skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
Excellent leadership and decisionmaking skills
Strong knowledge of project management principles
Education
A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field is a must
