Job Description

- Engage with prospective families through phone calls and inperson interactions to promote and sell swim lesson memberships
- Perform cold calling to generate new leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk including answering questions and assisting with scheduling
- Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk and facility environment
- Previous experience in sales cold calling or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with families and build rapport
- Comfortable with sales techniques including handling objections and closing deals
- Organized and detailoriented able to manage schedules paperwork and front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Positive attitude and teamoriented with a willingness to help keep the facility clean and running smoothly
- Every shift has an onstaff cleaner to sanitize high touch areas in our lobby and pool areas
- Our pools are disinfected with chlorine to provide the safest swimming environment
- The CDC states that proper operation maintenance and disinfection of the water with chlorine should remove or inactivate the virus
- Our stateoftheart ventilation system allows fresh air to continuously circulate into our building further minimizing the spread of any airborne virus
- Industry experts note that indoor pools are far superior at minimizing virus transmission than most indoor spaces
