As a Lead Associate within our Employee Experience practice you will contribute to a wide variety of core and tailored solutions designed to help midmarket clients address a myriad of human capital challenges whether its attracting motivating and retaining top talent ensuring meaningful and relevant Total Rewards programs or staying abreast of the evergrowing employment regulations and paid sick/family leave laws.
While this role includes some clientfacing activities the focus will be in supporting the refinement evolution and delivery of client resources and projects delivered by senior consultants. You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your employee experience/HR knowledge as well as project management and client relationship skills by working onprojects alongside senior consultants. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will be afforded the opportunity to work remotely; however the selected candidate will need to reside near a WTW office as they will be expected to go into an office during onboarding and as needed.
The Role:
Supports the development of intellectual capital resources and templated project solutions designed to assist in addressing clients HR challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $78000 to $100000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus.
