Role Summary/Purpose

This role is for the Lead Contract Analyst of the Aero Services and Products JV LLC a jointventure owned 50% by GE Vernova and 50% by Baker Hughes with an estimated revenue of $0.8B. The JVs purpose is to deliver improved product repair and execution strategy & fulfillment for the JV partners and ASPs operating globally.

This role will be reporting to the Commercial and Governance Leader of the JV and work cross the organization to support and implement critical initiatives such as contract issuance governance and organizational compliance across the Aero Alliance Joint Venture. This role will be highly visible among the Aero Alliance Executive staff and key support to achieving Aero Alliance priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role the Lead Contract Analyst will:

  • Support the Commercial and Governance leader in contract development and review (analysis operational implications ect)
  • Support regarding change management and governance across organization
  • Coordinate and assist with implementation of AAJV compliance initiatives
  • Support contract audits and reviews
  • Support the relationship between the GE Aerospace GE Vernova and Baker Hughes and help solve for process development and simplification
  • Partner with AAJV Pricing leader on Engines Parts and Repair cost changes and escalation
  • Support contractual cost setting and analysis and communication

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations legal governance or finance

This role requires access to U.S. exportcontrolled information. If applicable final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. exportcontrolled information from the U.S. Government.
