Shift Auto Group one of Atlantic Canadas fastestgrowing automotive retail companies has expanded significantly since 2015. In ten years we have grown from a single location with 12 employees to 22 locations and nearly 300 employees across Atlantic Canada. Our brands include Volvo Cars New Brunswick Fredericton Kia Fredericton Mitsubishi Miramichi Kia Grand Falls Hyundai 5 ReCar locations St. Croix Auto Wonder Auto & Tire (10 locations) and Velocity Auto Body. Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team!
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch ensuring exceptional customer and team member interactions and the effective execution of our proven sales process. Your primary focus will be to drive the dealership to exceed volume and profitability targets.
Core Responsibilities of a Sales Manager
Provide overall management of the dealership encompassing all customer and team member interactions and the execution of the sales process.
Ensure the dealership consistently achieves its volume and profitability targets.
Lead and develop the sales team and process actively identifying and nurturing future sales leaders while coaching the current team for success.
Ensure all team members adhere to our documented and successful sales process with the highest levels of integrity and accountability.
Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest experience including worldclass vehicle deliveries reinforcing our commitment to being a customerobsessed brand.
Manage and utilize our various technology tools including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to drive datadriven decisionmaking within the dealership.
Maintain high standards for lot display presentation and merchandising to create an inviting and appealing environment.
Oversee Finance Office Management ensuring adherence to a process that provides guests with comprehensive credit and asset protection options in a 5star service setting.
Build and maintain strong relationships fostering excellent teamwork and a culture of failing forward to encourage growth and innovation.
Be driven to achieve what others might consider unreasonable goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach mentor and develop sales teams.
Excellent understanding of sales processes and best practices.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM and other technology tools to manage sales activities and track performance.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
A resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
High levels of integrity and accountability.
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges.
