Job Description
Anderson Mazda is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Were a familyowned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets all walkin customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone traffic in a polite professional and cheerful manner
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
- Perform followup sales calls on service quotes
- Update and maintain the store scheduler with Service Manager
- Asks for the sale and/or attempts to schedule customers for a service appointment
- Assist the Store Managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Call center sales experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service communication and negotiation skills
- Professional personal appearance
