A successful candidate would have direct customer service responsibilities with assigned and unassigned customer accounts. They would be the point of contact for the customer as the customer accesses the goods and services of our company in the industrial tool market. Responsibilities include sourcing sales providing product recommendations quoting ordering expediting and general account maintenance. Works hand in hand with outside sales to develop relationships with customers to determine needs and grow accounts. Negotiates with Vendors for the best price and delivery. Works with accounting to assure proper invoicing and timely payment.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills verbal and written Selfmotivated ability to manage multiple tasks great organizational skills eye for detail Computer skills including Microsoft word and excel Team oriented Possess mechanical aptitude quick learner High school graduate Product knowledge of industrial tools gages and systems used in the machining industry Experience in Industrial Distribution or Buyer purchasing these products as an end user
