Job Description
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Software Engineer II to join our team in Charleston SC.
Founded in 1992 Predicate Logic is a womanowned employeeowned high technology engineering service company. Predicate Logics employees routinely receive many accolades and awards from its customers. The corporate headquarters is in San Diego California. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake Virginia specializing in communications engineering training and Cybersecurity and in Charleston South Carolina supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret personnel security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research design and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions applying principles and techniques of computer science engineering and mathematical analysis.
- Update or enhance existing software capabilities.
- Work with other functional disciplines (e.g. project management acquisition logistics security etc.) to integrate hardware and software systems develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Maintain databases within an application area.
EXPERIENCE:
- Three (3) years of professional experience with software engineering.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or Information Systems)
