SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Event & Retail Manager to join our LA leadership team! They will be leading and coaching a team of marketing representatives and helping the team improve performance. This role is responsible for driving nonmedia lead generation and brand awareness locally through inperson experiential marketing.
Please note: this position has a significant weekend work requirement of a minimum of 40 partial or full weekends per year. And requires travel throughout the service area: LA Santa Barbara Simi Valley Santa Clarita Pasadena Lancaster Norwalk and Long Beach.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting interviewing hiring and training new team members.
Infield coaching.
Manages department calendar includes negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space for events.
Oversees participation in events sponsorship retail partnerships and creation of leadgen opportunities.
Expense and P&L management of Events & Showroom; controls spend within budget.
Collaborates with internal partners such as Sales Inside Sales Talent Acquisition HR & Finance
Communicates results and strategy with management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
35 years experience in sales/marketing planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams.
Strong leadership skills with large teams
Ability to think strategically with strong project management skills including attention to detail.
Ability to work weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to selfmanage resources (time & budget) to achieve objectives.
Ability to analyze effectiveness of events sponsorships and local programs.
Ability to understand role of marketing communications sales promotion and advertising.
Demonstrated ability with MS Office suite.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience education geographic location certifications etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $55994$86791 plus incentives.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3500 per eligible employee prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
