ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tech I High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tech II Associate Degree in Electronics Civil/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent plus at least 3 years related experience and/or training Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions wet or humid conditions extreme cold; frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock; and occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts work in high precarious places fumes or airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals extreme heat vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk talk or hear; and frequently required to sit use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch or crawl; occasionally required to climb or balance taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Keeps the supervisor informed at all times of matters important to the cooperative particularly when member cooperatives or other power suppliers are involved. In pursuant of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593 this position is a designated safetysensitive position according to AECC/AECI standards and processes. Successful completion of prescribed NLC course lessons in the Power Delivery Department training program or other prescribed training program as required.
