Inviting applications for the role of PTP Lead Assistant Manager German Remote Poland
In this role you will lead and manage the accounts payable (AP) processes ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in financial operations.
Oversee the endtoend AP process including invoice processing payment execution and vendor management.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Manage a team of AP associates providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to achieve targets.
Fluency in German and a strong command of English
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field
Relevant years of experience in management within the AP function preferably endtoend process
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proven track record of implementing process improvements
Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
Knowledge of additional languages
